Vickie Whitley

Director of Preschool

Vickie Whitley, a true Annapolitan, has 20 years of experience as a Director of Early Childhood programs. She graduated from the University of Maryland, Baltimore County with a degree in Social Work and Psychology. She holds a certificate in Child Care Administration Training.

Vickie has been married for 41 years to her husband, who she met at Heritage. She has 4 adult children (3 who attended HLC) and 6 grandchildren. Her loves include spending time with family, traveling, hiking, knitting, crocheting, and turning on the lathe.

Her greatest joy is to share the love of Jesus and the Wonder of Learning with children.
