Lead Teacher Qualifications:
Be at least 21 years old
Have a minimum of 1-year experience
Preferred college degree in Early Childhood Education or related field
Have a genuine love for young children
Be able to lift 35 pounds and sit on the floor with children
Fingerprinting and medical as required by licensing
Must be intentional, creative, and passionate about Early Childhood education
Ability to collaborate with a team
Comfortable sharing the love of Jesus with children and their families
Teaching Assistant Qualifications -
Must be at least 21 years of age
Hold a high school diploma or certificate of high school equivalence
1 full year of undergraduate education at an accredited college or university
Willing to complete pre-service training
Have a genuine love for young children
Be able to lift 35 pounds and sit on the floor with children
Fingerprinting and medical as required by licensing
Ability to collaborate with a team
Comfortable sharing the love of Jesus with children and their families
